BB&J have agreed the sale of an investment property at 25 & 26 Railway Terrace, Derby only five days after receipt of instructions to offer it to the market.

The property comprises a mixed commercial and residential investment property opposite Derby's Midland Mainline Railway Station.

Agent Martin Langsdale said "The market for commercial investment properties in Derby remains strong but correct pricing is the key".
