02/01/08 - Martin celebrates 25 years

Martin Langsdale celebrates 25 years in practice as a Commercial Property Agent and Surveyor.

He began his career in 1982 at Beardsley Theobald’s under the guise of a Youth Opportunities Programme and was offered full time employment by the firm six months later.

Originally employed as a Receptionist in their Commercial Department he was later trained as a Sales Negotiator and soon after as a Valuer.  He joined Boxall Brown & Jones in 1992 to head their Commercial Department and with their sponsorship he attended Nottingham Trent University and gained an honours degree in Urban Estate Surveying in 1995 before being elected an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997.  He became an equity Partner with Boxall Brown & Jones shortly after.

Martin has a wealth of experience in a variety of commercial property related matters having practised across the East Midlands region.
