18/01/08 - New retail unit at The Shires Shopping Centre for client

Martin Langsdale, acting on behalf of Xplicit Clothing Limited, has recently concluded negotiations to secure a new retail unit extending to approx. 638 sq ft (59 sq m) in The Shires Shopping Centre in Leicester.

This follows hot on the heels of his acquisition of a 455 sq ft (42 sq m) unit on the principal first floor fashion mall within Derby's Westfield Centre.  Martin has acted for this pro-active and dynamic fashion retailer for a number of years and has assisted in gaining them representation in Rugby's Clock Tower Shopping Centre and also in the Victoria Shopping Centre in Nottingham together with a variety of temporary retail lettings.
