Deals to be done as BB&J gains Peak Village role

15/07/08

BB&J has been appointed joint agent together with Morgan & Co for the Peak Village Outlet Shopping Centre in Rowsley, near Bakewell.

The centre attracts about 750,000 visitors a year and features established retailers such as Cotton Traders, Whittards and Mountain Warehouse.

Martin Langsdale, of BB&J, said, "The premises available represent a great opportunity to acquire retail premises at one of the most prominent outlets in the Peak District".

The company believes that the commercial property market in the county is bucking the national trend.

During the last two weeks of May the firm agreed 11 deals in the area on a variety of office, industrial and retail premises.

Rob Jones, of BB&J said, "The deals are still there to be done, it just takes hard graft, creative thinking and a dash of optimism".

About to Rent a Unit? A Schedule of Condition by BB&J could save you thousands...
As an ingoing tenant it is essential you establish what condition the property is in prior to signing the lease. Failure to do this can, and does, cost tenants thousands of pounds in unexpected repair costs.
