BB&J are delighted to have sold a well-known Derby car sales garage for redevelopment.
Acting for the owners of the Windmill Garage on Breadsall Hilltop Rob Jones of BB&J said " From the start we had a lot of interest in the site with it having planning for up to nine units as a residential development, and decided to put it to tender. Several offers were received and we agreed a sales figure in excess of the owners expectations."
BB&J are currently advising the owners of several other development sites and there are numerous deals in the pipeline. "There are still buyers out there" said Rob, "sensible buyers know that property is still a very good long-term investment to achieve capital growth."
The existing business at Windmill Garage has relocated to Derby's Parker Centre.
