08/05/09 - A Note Of Optimism....

It's good to report that BB&J have now seen a sustained quarter of growth across our business, including sales, lettings and professional work. In all it's taken us back to the kind of work levels we were seeing in the summer of 2007, arguably the top of the market.

In addition, discussions with lawyers, accountants, bankers and other colleagues all indicate this note of cautious optimism is spreading further afield than just the property profession.
 
Whilst it would certainly be foolish at this early stage to shout it from the rooftops, i think there is some justification for saying the general business outlook is improving. A little confidence is certainly not something we should be afraid of!
