Willington

Willington is situated about 5 miles North East of Burton-upon-Trent and is a small parish and village with a population of about 400. On the banks of the Trent and Mersey canal and close to the River Trent this large village was a good centre of transport following the building of the canal in the 18th century. The village has various pubs, shops and its own train station.
