Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and leads the residential survey team which specialises in the surveying and valuation of properties in the East Midlands.

This thriving department carries out valuation work on behalf of private clients, charities, public bodies and lending institutions throughout the region. Surveys provided include Home Buyer Reports and Building Surveys together with pre-sale surveys for our vendors.

Mark has a particular specialisation in legal property reports such as expert witness work, matrimonial division, probate and professional negligence valuations as well as land and development issues. He joined BB&J in 1994 and became a partner in 2000.
