Mark Richardson

Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and leads the residential survey team which specialises in the surveying and valuation of properties in the East Midlands.

This thriving department carries out valuation work on behalf of private clients, charities, public bodies and lending institutions throughout the region. Surveys provided include Home Buyer Reports and Building Surveys together with pre-sale surveys for our vendors.

Mark is an accredited expert and has been awarded the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence, which is at the level of a Masters. He undertakes a wide range of Expert Witness work for clients and the Courts on property related issues, including as an Independent Expert and Single Joint Expert.

Mark joined BB&J in 1994 and became a Partner in 2000.
