Martin is a Chartered Surveyor and partner at BB&J Commercial Agency.

Martin specialises in the disposal and acquisition of freehold and leasehold commercial property along with rent reviews, lease renewals and non-domestic rating matters. Martin also carries out written valuations for private clients, pension funds and national lending institutions.

Martin has been with BB&J since 1993. He has just been elected Chairman of Derby's Cathedral Quarter Management Group for the second consecutive year. He carries out the non-domestic rating work for Bmi British Midland throughout the UK and sits on the Airport Rating Surveyors Committee.
