A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Steve has over 30 years experience in residential estate agency and specialises in the valuation and disposal of residential property with particular emphasis on assessment and sale of residential development sites.

As Senior Vice President of the National Association of Estate Agents, Chris sits on the National Executive Board of Management and the National Council. Chris will become President of the NAEA in 2007. With over 35 years experience, Chris specialises in residential sales, valuations, court of protection and pre-sales advice on marketing.

Chris became a Partner in Boxall Brown & Jones in April 2005 and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. Chris, is currently the Chairman of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire branch of the National Association of Estate Agents and is the partner with responsibility for the Residential Lettings Department.
Martin Langsdale BSc (Hons) MRICS

Martin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1996 and now heads our Commercial Agency Department. Martin specialises in the disposal and acquisition of leasehold and freehold property, rent reviews, lease renewals, non-domestic rating matters and the provision of written valuations both for high street lending institutions and private clients.
Robert Jones BSc DIP EST MAN MRICS

Rob qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1984. Rob has vast experience in Commercial and Residential surveys and advises the majority of the major lending Institutions in England. Rob specialises in Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, Site Acquisitions and redevelopment, advice on landlord and tenant issues including rent reviews on commercial property and large portfolio valuations.
Mark Richardson BSc MRICS

Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1994 the same year he joined Boxall Brown & Jones. Mark heads our Residential Survey Department and specialises in the survey and valuation of properties, HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys. He also carries out pre-sale surveys (Home Sellers Packs) on behalf of our Vendors. In addition Mark has considerable experience in undertaking valuations on residential development sites and preparing legal reports for probate, matrimonial division etc.
Mark has also helped Boxall Brown & Jones achieve registration with the British Standards Institution for the internationally recognised ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management System.
