Boxall Brown & Jones held their Annual Charity Ball this year at the Derby Conference Centre in the heart of Derby.
The prestigious black tie event attracted over two hundred guests from a wide range of local businesses and involved a dinner, spectacular charity auction accompanied by a live band called the Happy Jacks who were absolutely brilliant.
The main purpose of the evening was to raise money for this years chosen charity which was the Friends of the Nightingale Macmillan Unit based in Derby. The unit works hard to look after the needs of cancer patients here in the City and the company were thrilled to be able to help them this year.
Money is still rolling in from the event but at the moment money raised for the Charity has topped over £5500 and we are looking forward to handing over a big cheque to the charity soon.
Chris Birds, Partner with Boxall Brown & Jones, commented "We had an absolutely brilliant night which everybody thoroughly enjoying whilst raising a large amount of money for our chosen charity. Our annual ball is a great event and every year we could sell more and more tickets. We are now thinking about next years charity ball and would welcome ideas for next years charity".
