Boxall Brown & Jones Celebrate Their Success!

04/09/08

Boxall Brown and Jones have recently been involved in an independent survey conducted on behalf of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents and scored some of the highest results in the Country.

Asked to rate both the Belper and Derby offices of Boxall Brown & Jones, clients commented that they found Boxall Brown and Jones to be ‘helpful, friendly and knowledgeable’ on matters relating to the sale and letting of property, with absolutely no negative comments gained from any of the clients independently surveyed.

Chris Birds, Residential Partner of Boxall Brown & Jones commented:

‘I am absolutely thrilled with the comments made by our clients.  It is great when the people you work so hard for show their appreciation and our results are testament to the hard work of everyone across our office network.’

The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme became effective on 1 January 1998. The Scheme is open to all those firms of Estate Agents with a principal, director or partner who is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  The Partners of Boxall Brown & Jones are members of both.

The OEA Scheme offers an independent service for dealing with disputes between Member Agencies and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman is independent of the Member Agencies and provides a free, fair and impartial review of complaints falling within his Terms of Reference.

The full results of the survey can be seen on the Ombudsman website at www.oea.co.uk
