We are only into the second week of October and already BB&J have agreed seven sales on Freehold premises this month. Signs are still mixed as to the strength of the economic recovery but in the East Midlands at least it is encouraging to see so much activity.

 

Commercial property sales often lag behind activity in the residential market, and we have seen something of a 'bounce' in house sales and transactions over the last few months. This is still continuing, so we hope it is an indication of more improvement to come in the commercial property sector.
